oxygen air and normal air. The aim of IHT is to increase the body's ability to tolerate
low oxygen saturation levels in the blood, as encountered in relatively short, high-
intensity events. Using IHT three times a week, and you will increase the efficiency of
oxygen utilization in muscle cells by building new mitochondria, and trigger the
production of EPO (erythropoetin), the hormone that controls red blood cell
production. Many users find IHT a quick, time saving method of altitude training and
acclimatization.
